HEY CA! Hope you enjoyed all our Big/Little socials! Now that you've gotten the chance to get to know all the Bigs and Littles in your fam, it's time for... PREFERENCE FORMS 🎉 Fill the corresponding form out by Sunday, December 14th at 11:59 PM PST. Make sure to read all questions carefully and answer them to the best of your ability. About Bigs and Littles
Within each Fam* will also consist of smaller pairings: Bigs and Littles. Through the Big-Little program, our hope is to foster stronger personal connections in CA as well as make it less intimidating for general members to come out to events! To be eligible for the Big-Little Program, you will need to attend at least 2 Big-Little Socials during the fall. If you qualify, a Big-Little Preference Form will be available after the last Big-Little Social. As a Big, you will also be REQUIRED to come to Big-Little Reveal during the winter.
*Bigs and Littles are only within a fam, meaning there will be NO cross-fam big/little pairings.
Bigs
As a Big, you will be paired with up to 4 Littles. As a Big, your main responsibility is to help your Littles feel comfortable in the CA community. Bigs help create engagement in CA for smaller groups and give general members an easier way to connect with each other. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! Being a Big is a great opportunity to get more involved in CA and connect with the community, so sign up if you're interested!
As a Little, you will be paired with a Big within your Fam. Your Big's main responsibility is to help you feel comfortable in the CA community.
